Support just sent me a Slitherine link and that worked for me, so hopefully you'll get sorted soon too. The Bluesnap link still doesn't work for me at least.

I didn't receive any alternate links in my support ticket, just one link from Bluesnap which I suspect is the problem. Should I open a new ticket to get the working link?

Same issues here--WIn7 and I get the same error message. The link in the download email gives me the same error.

Support ticket resolved the issue with a New link and instructions on how to get a Steam Key. Excellent!
