Fixed weather, mild blizzard and no 1:1 to 2:1 or paras.
Seems a bit 1 sided to me as you wrote in my AAR that odds shift is fine with fixed blizzard.
I challenge you to play Russians v my Germans with your house rules.

These are optional rules Loki and myself are looking at the optional rules.

house rules are compulsory, not optional, and that's what you've called them. If you think your house rules make the game more balanced (why else have them?) then you should play with them whichever side you play.
I will gladly wait for the .08 patch which supposedly helps the soviets a bit
