Sorry guys, but unfortunately only at the office they will be able to fix the issue of the non valid coupon codes.

I bought original RUS from Matrix 11/25/2010.
The store is *not* recognizing my serial code as
as valid coupon code. I get the error message.
Please help. Thanks.

I couldn't register on the Matrix site either but the code did work when I checked out.

I woke up with 808080880 emails about this so i'm going to give more people emails by saying it's not working with me and my code too

Bought the game from Matrixgames on August 13, 2014 and also registered serial on website (checked it there, too). The store doesn't accept the code, would be great if you could help (let me know if you need additional information)

I assume the discount will work for the boxed version as well, but with a higher price for the box etc? My SN also not working, purchased from Matrix store 1/14/2013

I purchased originally directly from AGEOD and I got the discount, but Revolution Under Siege Gold does not appear on the drop-down list of games to register a serial number on Slitherine's site, which is preventing me from getting a Steam key for it.
I've already reported this to our web admins.
We will fix that as soon as possible.
This issue is now fixed.
The issue regarding the non valid coupon codes is not fixed, yet.

Yeah, I read on the Steam forums it was fixed, aka the coupon codes, but it's still not working and my heart is breaking

You might need to exit the browser and launch it again to clean some cache information.
That's the reason why it might have worked only with the second attempt.

Sorry guys, I don't use to post on the forum but I am having the same problem here. I also jsut tried to add my game to the register my game with Matrix website and it gives me the same message. Since this is supposedly fixed, is it possible I am having another problem?
If possible, maybe just direct me to someone that could help me if this is a different issue. Thanks!

I also have an AGEOD key which is not being recognized. Can it be confirmed whether or not AGEOD store keys are going to be accepted?
