Hi Alex170g, it could be something with ATI. I know there are issues with Windows 10 and ATI drivers for Assetto Corsa. Perhaps there could a similar reason with CMANO then? Don't think they found a fix for it yet on the Assetto Corsa side.

Some win 8.1 Nvidia drivers have issues with Win10. Best bet all the way around is to immediately update graphics drivers after the update.

Please try to disable all background programs in case these are interfering with the normal running of the game. You can do this by running msconfig and disabling all non-windows start-up programs and services. Then once you have disabled all non-Microsoft services, please run the game and see if the issue persists. If it does not, please then reopen msconfig and reenable those services, one by one, until you find the program causing the problem. A tutorial on how to do this can be found below:

I disabled them, then re-initiate the laptop, re-check that everything was disabled with msconfig......but it didn't work, just the same issue, it opens for 4 or 5 seconds and then closes without opening the screen logo/picture, re-checked with task bar (The cpu used is reduced to 0%, when memmory is about 64.7mb, RAM memory also drops to 0mb).

Just to check, I un-installed ATI driver, (let along with windows10 drivers), again same result, game only load for a few seconds.

Thank you for your support and patience.

Try this:
Open the game installation folder. Locate and select a file named Command.exe. Press the right mouse button and select Properties. Click on the Compatibility tab. Tick the option Run this program as an administrator. Click on Apply and Ok. Double click on Command.exe for running the game.

That was one of the frist things I tried, also gave to the folder were command was installed all rights/Total control to all users, and I marked command.exe file compatible with older windows versions, neither of them or combinations of them worked.

Also tried run as administrator when services and star-up programs were disabled, (even when only windows10 and command were the only programs installed).

Thank you.

Is this the Steam or the non-Steam version?
Can you also attach a DxDiag report file?

Sorry I was on vacations.

The non-steam version, and it is as launched version 1.0 to avoid problems with LUA and others-
Attached file is the DXDiag.
