Part three

In double clicking the file Northern Info it says that this file is already in use by another programme. Further it reads C/users/beheer-1/App Data/Local/Temp/-ir-sf-temp-5-irsetup. Hopefully somebody can help me?

Since last reports it has got worse. PC refused to start. I think I will submit a ticket.[:@]

That's usually caused by the interference of a security Internet program (like anti-virus, anti-malware,etc.).
Please temporarily disable them while you are attempting to download and install the update.

After hours searching for answers, I came to the same conclusion that I might be my antivirusprogramme... Well, yes, it was....
I didn't know this could be the problem since I've never encountered this kind of problem before and believe me; I have bought more than one game from matrix and never had an issue with antivirusprogramme.
Well, many hours spent and found a solution. Thanks for the help[8|]

Well, I recently installed a more performant antivirus programme wich is more 'alert' to outside 'threats'.
