Dawha has fallen. I am preparing a defence on the ridge to the east of Haret Chbib. I will dig in in various locations with the hopes of hitting some Israeli's from the flank.

It will get messy in these parts.

I need better tanks. Ah, I wish I had some T-72s!

Some activity around Baawerta. Looks like he is probing. I managed to get a couple of kills, but nothing major.

Additional reinforcements are still meandering their way to the front line.

I brought some additional AAA assets to help fend off the Cobras. They have pulled back a bit, which is good, so I am bringing up my mechanized battalion a little close to the west. There are a lot of woods there, which will be slow going.

Looks like he is stalled at the IED's for a turn. I'm sending most of my artillery assets to fire in this area, hoping to cause a casualty here and there.

My armoured reinforcements are holding their position between Haret Chbib and Ram Bohamoun. This area is out of Line of Sight, but the helicopters will be able to view over the terrain.

Not much action happening here, although he did pull the armour out and is now swarming the woods with some infantry. Looks like he is aiming to cut the main road northwest of Ain Drafi.

Those M60's have a good view of the river valley floor. That's annoying! I am moving slowly west with the Mechanized battalion. The helicopters have given me a fright, now I'm being overly cautious.

Well, he burned through those IED's pretty quickly and has captured Haret Chbib. I'm retreating fairly quickly to establish a new line in the edge of the woods to the east of the town.

Baawerta is being flanked to the north. I will have to pull out the infantry there soon, if they can hold out for a bit. The only way I can get some serious kills if I am conduct close combat like this, by ambush.

Crap, my T54's took a beating along the south. I will halt my advance until I can clean out the woods.

He's advancing well in this sector. My artillery is taking it's toll on his infantry though, so that's an added bonus. I am digging in with as many troops as I can behind the forested area east of Haret Chbiband preparing to snipe some units from the flank with elements of a T54 battalion.

Still some action going on around Baawerta. I am pulling my infantry back towards the town, trying to take some hits against his APC's while I can.

North of Baawerta is a break in the woods where I am exchanging fire with some Magach's. The Milans and T54's are doing OK. I still wish I had some T72's in this sector!

While my mechanized unit waits, I am advancing some infantry to start clearing the woods so they can advance. I am also bringing up some AAA assets to deal with any roaming helicopters.

Overview.

Here is the overview of my forces and the defensive line I have been working on. His advance up the coast has been steady and with Haret Chbib fallen, there is little to stop a quick push through to Khaldah. I am hoping my artillery can cause as a lot of casualties.

You can see his advance into the forests east of Haret Chbib, as noted above, I am hoping to catch many of his units by artillery and ambush with RPG's and MG's on the other side of the woods.

Here's a 3D view of the woods east of Haret Chbib. He is advancing pretty strong in this sector and my T-54's and missiles are taking some of his vehicles out, just not enough.
