STEP 3 (If you don't see your atgtoe file then it probably still has a .txt extension. Navigate to the savedgames folder and remove it.)

It looks like you must have a separate TOE unit for each of the "British" peoples, or any other multi-people nation.

If you try to fill a division specifying "British" as a people with "Arabs" they will hurry home.

I realize this is a limit of the current implementation, but it is worth watching for as the empty division can confuse.

Bombur has worked hard and has now done an update for GD 1938. It is now v221u.

The changes are:

1-HP for armoured units decreased by 20%
2-Range of aircraft recalculated, considering a 150km hex
3-Interception chances now are 100%

I hope you will find this new version much more realistic.
