Hello,
i have a question: Where is/was the sense of your Crimea attack in your game vs. Sillyflower? As far as i understood so far, ingame the blizzard time (stalin thought different about this) should allow the soviet player to gain some terrain to ease defense in 1942 (like retaking the eastern bank of a large river). But which advantage does a crime attack give the soviet player, because from a geometric point of view the crimea spearhead is easy to cut off?
No offense, i only want to learn and understand.
Late withdrawel

I was one turn too late on my scheduled retreat back to the original lines.
I also attacked out trying to get some more experienced units.
And maybe a guards Army.
Frankly supply should be normal down here and not restricted as it is.
And the trains should move troops although they wont.
This has allowed German to defend with zilch near Crimea over the blizzard

The Soviet CVs are so low I wouldn't believe this was blizzard if the turn wasn't displayed.

High water mark. At this point I knew I had to start retreating back to the main lines.
Troops here are nothing special.

Have you got any particular approach to holding on for the coming spring/summer offensive? Silly has published an outline of his plan. It would be interesting to compare your thoughts to his and then see how it plays out.
In any case, hang in there and keep fighting!

I bring in better general for this rout.
I am clearly 1 or 2 turns late in my retreat.
