To be more precise, if you by the boxed copy, you get the download version (available immediately), plus a DVD with your name on it will sent to you in a nice DVD case.
There is no printed manual, however.
Yes indeed, I thought that for this game, there would be no physical copy at all !
I always take every game at Matrix download and physical version. By principle ! ^^
