Hubert, I'm not the only one crashing. This is the exact same error message I've received several times:

Hi Jeff,
The one you are receiving looks a bit different to me from the error report and I believe this last one you've linked to I've been able to correct. Yours is a 'No more memory' error which has me believe something is corrupt as a memory like that should be more widespread but seems to be pretty unique to your end for now.
I'm hoping the next beta build will resolve it which should be available soon and we can then go from there.

That is odd that I'd be getting no more memory (though corruption I could see). My system has 16 Gig of RAM, my video cards have 8 Gig of RAM between the two cards, and the game itself is way below the Win32 limit of 4 Gig. If the next update doesn't fix this crash I will loosen the timings on my memory just to rule that out. But I do want to mention I've not had a game crash in probably a year including v1.06.
I did one more thing I forgot to mention between hotfix 1 and 2. I got the fonts working LOL by installing them manually. :p I doubt that could cause the crash but not ruling anything out at this point.

Start the game and declare war on Belgium. Grab the Admiral Scheer and move into position to attack Calais. Mouse over the hex to display the attack info, then hit Ctrl and the following crash error occurs. This is repeatable with other units at other locations.
I imagine there is a way to attack either the unit or the resource [in an occupied resource] so occasionally I try different keyboard buttons to see what happens. I still haven't figured it out so maybe it can't be done.

Thanks and this should now be fixed with the latest v1.00.08 build.

Thankfully the fonts no longer need to be installed so likely that won't be an issue going forward and let us know how the newest v1.00.08 build works for you.

One quick test with 1.08 and no crash !

That's the spam protection.
Just open a topic here in the forum and make 10 or so posts, and then wait 7 days to lift the ban.
Perhaps someone from Matrix can greenlight your account. I'm not sure.

With 4K resolution zooming in or out throws you out with an "error: out of memory".

I looked it up just to be sure:
scorched–earth
—used to describe a military policy in which all the houses, crops, factories, etc., in an area are destroyed so that an enemy cannot use them.

I've just started the PC and game and from the main menu, if I click on any menu item, I get the Error message
"Failed (on_left_button_down)"
Same as on post 31
Restarted PC and still the same issue. I have been playing quite a bit and first time this has cropped up.
Will uninstall and try again.

Make sure to delete all files, not just a simple unistall (SC folder within my documents).

Hi together.
My first look with the v1.00.08 BETA ... I started with the Allies.
In my first allis turn I klicked some units, had some battles in poland, switched the grid on then I switched supply on.
My second click on the supply button caused the following crash:

I have to say, this modding team is amazing. Several times I've discovered what I thought was a problem, only to research through the posts to discovery someone else had already found it. Members of the team have also found problems I totally missed.
My hat is off to every member of this beta team. When this game is released it going to kick butt.
