That would seem to confirm that the problem is a mismatch in files between you and your opponent. You could exchange PWHEX files by e-mail and see if they match. If either of you changed to a different map set, check the download site to see which PWHEX files are for that map - (stacking limits/no stacking limits + standard map/extended map).
