Here's a minor bug when drawing chits. The die rolls for drawing chits by the Allies is shown on the Axis computer. This should not happen, since the Axis can than find out the number of the chit drawn.
Axis is supposed to know the number of chits. Chits are turned face-up when choosing US entry options.
"When picking an option, you must turn over enough markers to prove that you have reached the required entry level. In the cases of US entry options 22 (Gear up production) and 34 (Pass war appropriations), you must also show that you have enough tension to play the option. After showing your opponent, turn the markers face-down again."

The number of chits drawn is public knowledge. The value of the chits, however, is only known to the player drawing chits (for neutrality pacts or US entry).
So the die roll for drawing the chit should only happen on the computer for the player drawing that chit. The result has to be kept secret and should only be visible to that player.

Seeing the die rolls or setting the die rolls? If the latter, then there is no problem (i.e., turn off setting die rolls). If the former, those die rolls should not be shown to either player.

The Italians used the supply unit with Balbo. Now during the use oil phase, the Italians have to spend their oil point, in addition to the oil point provided from Balbo. That oil point should be spend before the oil point out of Italy (which shouldn't be spend at all, since there is only 0,2 oil to be spend in Italy itself).

Fatal bug during Port Attack.
End Port Attack CAP phase. Fly the two CVP out of the Italian Coast into La Spezia as bombers. Surprise rolls 5 Axis, 3 Allies. On the Allied computer the game proceeds to the AA phase. On the Axis computer the question to have the SUB's in the combat is answered with no and a mad except appears on the Axis computer.

During the non phasing side naval combat sequence, the game went into a mad except on the Axis computer after loss allocation.
Choose Western Med.
Search rolls were: Allied 4, Axis 9. Allies choose naval air combat. All surprise points go to increase damage on the Axis. Destroy the TRS, abort an Italian cruiser and a French BB. Game results in a Mad Except.

There are some more issues with naval air combat here. If your search rolls make sure that both the Italian FTR and the Vildebeast are included and during air-to-air the CW NAV gets aborted, MWIF doesn't give the Allied computer the opportunity to abort the NAV before the die roll for the next round of air-to-air combat is rolled. After this, another Mad Except happened on the Allied computer (unfortunately, that one got lost). Use saved games from above.
Also, information on which sea box is selected, doesn't appear on both computers, only on the computer which has to decide.

In the gamesave included, check the production planning forms on both computers. The figures are not the same on both ends (f.e.: CW shows 16 build points on the Axis computer and 17 on the Allied computer).
After ending the scrap unit phase, the CW gets 4 production points during production planning. Reloading the scrap unit autosave doesn't do the trick here.
This is a critical bug.
Also, it looks like the fact that the Chinese want to build Stillwell and save a build point when doing so, has something to do with this bug appearing (and not being able to get past it).
