sorry for being noob but I dont know how to find those switches... are those ones on main menu; game options etc.?

Make a shortcut to "War in the Pacific Admiral Edition.exe"
Right click on shortcut then properties.
In your shortcut to C:\Matrix Games\War in the Pacific Admiral's Edition\War in the Pacific Admiral Edition.exe add the switches.

NOT THE AUTORUN SHORTCUT

"C:\Matrix Games\War in the Pacific Admiral's Edition\War in the Pacific Admiral Edition.exe" -SingleCpuOrders -deepColor -dd_sw -altFont

If you have not been using any switches then this will totally change your game for the better.

The command line switches are covered in the "WhatsNew.pdf" in the game folder

People use different switches depending on their computer. But some switches are required for all. -deepColor -dd_sw are very important.

Been having a slow map scroll? This will fix it.

First lets make sure the switches are running.

which OS are you using? Win7, Win8, Win10


Do you have slow map scrolling in game?

Are the switches right.... is the shortcut to the .exe and not the autorun?

Are you using - and not – from .pdf. Use the smaller dash.

Correct spelling of switches?

Post your Target line:

"C:\Matrix Games\War in the Pacific Admiral's Edition\War in the Pacific Admiral Edition.exe" -SingleCpuOrders -deepColor -dd_sw -altFont

I uninstalled the game did clean install and then used those switches on game exe and now it works like charm. all reports are back.
