Hi,

You don't need to execute file in the game directory it is complete 1.12 install, you don't need to have even 1.11 installed. Just execute Command-MANO-NI-CoW-SetupRelease-v112.exe and you will be fine, you can start it from desktop it does not matter.
Those two other files are part of the setup. All 3 files must be in the same place when setup start's. [:)]
