Russian briefing is wrong with regards to preparation/activation times:

Site preparation of two sites north of Spitsbergen (12 hrs per site) using the mini sub Losharik.


BS-64 RFS Podmoskovye.


K-371 RFS Pantera, Escort.

However, trigger says 1 day + 12 hrs, i.e., 36 hrs total.

Emplace four Cluster Lance systems along the Lomonosov Ridge (24 hrs per site).


K-139 RFS Belgorod.


K-157 RFS Vepr, Escort.

This one is correct.

Activate four Cluster Lance systems along the Northwind Escarpment using the Losharik mini sub.


BS-136 RFS Orenburg.


K-295 RFS Samara, Escort.

There is no mention to time in the briefing, would be nice to mention it as the other two. Trigger says 16 hrs.

All... I know this is slightly offtopic. But how are you to properly utilize the Echo Voyager? I've tried a direct attack, created missions using the respective RP's, passed over the Cluster Lance, but it never seems to begin its task of sabotage. Whats the proper execution?

You need to move the Echo Voyager inside the 4 RPs and have it stop inside them. After 2 hours you will get a message telling you that the Echo Voyager has disabled the system and you can move on.

This is supposed to simulate the mechanical arms cutting cables and generally ripping the thing apart.
