I'm glad to see the German AI does not seem able to fare better than me [;)]
Pz III & IV are quite fragile machines; I killed one in CC and 8 more with the T-34s (even though I lost 4). Without supporting tanks, the German infantry was unable to advance against the remaining T-34s and the remnants of the Russian infantry (the forward screening force was slaughtered within Turn 2).
The 85mm fired only once, against a broken German leader (the only survivor of the German flanking force).
