I Consider Myself an Average/Intermediate German Player vs. the AI.
However, I've Never Played PBEM. (You might have to be Patient with
Me Here.)
That Said, I Could Accept All Your Terms...Though, I Might Quibble
about the Use of SOV Paras.
By about Mid-March, I Should be able to Commit to 2 - 3 Turns per Week.
Hopefully This might Meet Your Desires in Your Opponent.
