hi folks thanks for your input i just wondered why thats all
[:)] [:)][:)]
What this forum (general) offers a top the page is "My forums", try selecting that to see the 5 latest posts from all the sub-forums (including general). There's an incredibal amount of activity going on there, some of which could be enlightening to you. There is posters (sub-forums) that rarely, if ever post here, none-the-less are prolific posters. I would'nt put the weight of this forum just on General Discussions, although at times it could be better.. And by the way: This forum's format is the best imho.[;)]

I've witnessed many who posted here no longer do so. Too bad, lost a lot of good posters through time..

There is no doubt that there are many more options for interaction on the 'net than in the past, and that diffusion is of course going to touch the forums here. That said, it varies wildly by game and topic. See: WitP:AE [:)]

Bottom line to answer the original question is the forum is not dying and to answer the tangent above, Matrix is not dying. However, forum activity fluctuates greatly with releases and some sub-forums have always been much more active than others. Also, the increased use of facebook groups and similar discussion options does pull some folks away from the forums. We have no plan to get rid of the forum and will continue to see this as the primary place to discuss our games and share our interests.
