There is a file up there that says 1.00.02.01 Hotfix dated 11/1/2019, but I would have thought it was called 1.00.03. But I can't download it I get ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT.

This is just one of those issues that has merit on both sides of the issue. At least comsolut wasn't a jerk about it like i'm all sure we have seem with other games. It's a double edged sword for a dev, take to long and your not being responsive, put a patch out that screws up people's on going games and you moved to fast and didn't test enough.

We're all beta testers for every game ever released in my view, as no game or program i have ever bought has been without issues and bugs.

file grabbed, but it seems to me the same as the auto download one, as same version once open / installed

same date and number before and after so manual is the same as auto in game one

Notice the file is different (WarPlan-UpdateComp-v1.00.02.01). It has the .01 at the end?

I just downloaded it from the web site:

Upon extraction it shows 11/1/2019.

The updater is not working. What happened to the members area? After the site redesign, I cannot find it.

Where can I get this hotfix? Anyone got a link? .

You have to go to your My Page, then click on My Page and then scroll down through your games and then click on File Downloads for WarPlan and you'll see all three files (the installer, hotfix and manual).

Just installed the patch, did a quickie hotseat 39 turn 1 and 2, and can confirm the deployment bug is gone. So yay.

Yes it works for me too!

Problem still persists after patch 1.02. 1939 campaign. 3 units listed set to deploy November 39, Jan 1940, Aug 1940. Next turn units set to deploy are no longer listed. November comesaround no deployment.

I am using the new hotfix patch 1.00.02.01 and the fix does indeed work.

I just started a new 1939 campaign and the 3 default German reinforcements are still there after 6 or 7 turns. Currently its Nov. 10 1939 and the German Sub is ready to be deployed!

Don't say good job my fingers caused the problem in the 1st place lol.

Many a German general would take me behind the chemical shed with a Luger for the crime of losing their panzer corps off the deployment queue.

You mean 2 lost Panzer Corps, a sub, a para corps, the Bismark and a Cavalry Corps!

So assuming it's safe to update now, what is the process?

Is it apply 1.00.02 patch then apply hotfix on top?

Or is it just apply hotfix.

I am currently 1.00.01

When I bought the game this afternoon, the new 1.00.02.01 patch was available through the game updater.
