Do you have some McAfee or Norton firewall installed? Those things cause more problems than a bull in a China shop. Firewall can block access to the internet from "unknown" applications. Try and ublock it in the software

I'd turn off all anti-virus and see if you can login.

If you can then the problem is in the anti-virus.

Have you logged in before?

i have disabled kaspersky antivirus and this is not the problem.i had played without problems untill 20/12. since this day i can´t play multiplayer. i can login to multiplayer but cant acces to the menu of multiplayer games

Did you get the beta?

Your output log says nothing. In fact is says less than it should. Try reinstalling.

i have reinstalled it and updated to the last version and the error persist. i can play solo game but not multiplayer.i can login to multiplayer, but nothing happens when i login succesful to multiplayer. i send you what i can see

Happened to me too using the Beta, I had to reinstall from scratch.
Apply the patch official, then the patch beta.
Antivirus kicked in and I had to order it to restore the deleted files.

Then it worked.

i can login to multiplayer but the nothing happens and i can´t access to the game i was playing.i send you the image of what i can see. it says login sucessful and it is all.i can´t see any games

I'm going to put up all the steps I tell people to try.

###Can't Login or can login but can't make games. Or can't see games.
Player data... delete file login again
C:\Users\"your user name"\Documents\My Games\WarPlan\playerData.dat

###Disable/Check firewall to make sure it isn't

###Try right clicking and running as admin on the WarPlan.exe game.
Games should install under.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Matrix\WarPlan
Or where you installed them.

### If all else fails
Disable any antivirus in all forms you might actually have more than one.
Reinstall the game as admin. Right click the installer and run as admin.

###Save game files are here. If you can't see them your system probably didn't install the game correctly. This folder will hold user data, scenarios, and saved games.

This seems like an access issue to me.

i have tried all solutions that you planned and they don´t solve the problem. the same message trying all the possible solutions

Have you closed the windows that it says "login Successful"?

If so can you please attach the next screen?

automatically when the message of "login successfull" appears it sends me again to the login of multiplayer. this is the next screen i can see since the last i posted.

Are you through a VPN by chance

Today I should be putting up a new beta. It will show you the login error code on failure. That way we can pin point this down.

Very few players have had issues logging in. So let's figure this out.
