I have not changed Soviet air costs.
Soviets have cheaper planes because they have worse pilots

just a few minor things as far as ive found. the new beta patch , 1.04-G? should be pretty solid! Once Alvaro fixes the few bugs I listed above that arent fixed yet, should be pretty amazing, but hopefully other people are testing and reporting things.
