Agree on the accuracy Steiner! This is the model of "accuracy" that was implemented with Last stand Arnhem. It wasnt good then, and its even worse the way its implemented in this version. I honestly cant play this game because of frustration of the mechanics. I really want to like it - From the start of the development I wanted to like it.
Now I just wish there was a way that Matrix would continue the 2D line of close combat games..

sorry pip...I forgot to check the frame rate...will check next time we battle.
@ schnelleMeyer.....glad someone else chimed in here. whats your thoughts on tank reload? and did you have any timer issues?

Not without actual information about the possible causes of any issues.
WRT frame rates, what would be ideal would be FPS values from each of you for both SP and MP on the same map.

OK....whats WRT mean and FPS...I assume there both frame rates using the shift Q ?
any comments on the other stuff I mentioned with the game?

PIP.....I just loaded up a map with lots of buildings. When I executed shift+Q, I got numbers similar to 44-45 H: (avg) 30 T:0...however, the numbers kept fluctuating. Is this the information you are requesting? The data was obtained in a game against the AI. The timer appeared to be advancing as it should.

timer was slow tonite ....1 sec = 2 sec's.
I get this sporadically on single player as well. Sometimes, for some reason I can't explain, the game will start running at half speed. It often starts halfway through the battle so something happening during the battle seems to trigger it. Doesn't necessarily have to be a battle with a lot of units for it to happen.
As a side note I also find the reloading for tanks and AT guns to be frustrating. And seeing the little clock counter, it makes it feel too rigid, like they aren't real soldiers. I'd like more variation and less of a rigid design for it. I think they load, then they aim and it just feels like you are waiting for machine rather than getting the feel there is a crew working. Then if they lose their target, they have to aim all over again. It is missing the human intuition component. Maybe if they engage a target in the same area they should take less time to aim. It would feel more human that way. It is similar with "Setting up" where if you move the unit just a few feet they have to set up all over again before they act. Things like that can interfere with the gameplay.
That being said, I still love the game. But there are some kinks I hope are ironed out before the next big release.

WRT - with respect to
FPS - frames per second
SHIFT+Q shows the frames per second.

Great. Thanks. If you can repeat next time you are in MP that would be awesome.

PiP....Steiner and I played another battle in the Operation we started. You've been asking for frame rates (fps). I hosted. I turned on my fps on/off during different portions of the game. My fps began relatively higher in the beginning, but later in the game (as the game progressed it dropped to between 5 and 8) and my the other data info varied, but was about "11H:12T:O". Steiner will report his statistics, but his fps was significantly higher than mine.. We also noticed that at the start of the game the timer countered down in real time. However, by the end of the game (or more precisely, the last 5 minutes), the timer slowed down so that it took at least 4 real time seconds to count off 1 game second.
There was one other annoying event during the game (other than timer slow down). My mouse pointer froze on one spot on the game map, and when I moved the mouse the pointer stayed on that spot and the whole map moved around. So, I couldn't put the mouse pointer on any of my squads because it would not move from its "frozen" spot. Do you have a suggestion about correcting this condition during the game?
One more piece of the "game clock" timer. My computer specs are as follows:
RAM: MB; Processor: AMD A8-760 Radeon, 10 compute cores 4C+6G, 3.1 GHz; OS:Windows 10; video card: AMD Radion R7 series/HD 9000 series, Radeon R7 graphics; sound: AMD High Definition audio.
I hope this helps

hi Pip and Steve McClaire ....
as rd knights says above we played another battle of our operation.
my frame rates were consistent thru out the whole battle...60 or 61.the other white numbers? varied a bit thru the battle 2H:2T:0 to 6H:6T:0
knights hosted.
knights said his FPS at the start of the game when timer was running normal was 13. then got lower as he says.
I thought the gamer timer started to slow down at 10 mins into the battle [ 20 min timer ] where it was about 2 sec for every real 1 sec. like knights says at 5 mins on the timer everything slowed way down to about 4 to 1. at this point in the battle tho knights mouse had froze and we stopped doing any troop movements etc and waited out the timer. my FPS was still 60 and knights at 5 to 8 but the timer never sped back up...even tho nothing was happening on the battle field.
other things that still need to be looked at are the tank reload time, as ive talked about before. this battle when the timer was keeping real time [ the 1st 10 mins of the game ish ] my Sherman still was taking 16 secs to load a rd and then 3 sec to aim before firing the rd.
also... tank accuracy was appalling.... my Sherman took 5 shots at 91m at a German a/t gun in the open on the road and missed 4 times. finally hit him on the 5th shot.
lots of tank main gun rds falling amazingly short as well.
one of my Sherman's shot at a house with a German mg in it for 10 mins [ I was watching the timer ]...never did kill the mg. I mean really?
do you think you might look into these issues?

in my sec game my FPS was 61 with 54H: 83T :0 [ but this was laterally going every where ..up and down and fast ]
my PC is......
windows 8.1 64 bit
intel core I5-4590 CPU @ 3.30 GHZ
8.0 GB ram
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti video card

I started playing this game with an old lap top computer. The game clock ran slow. So I bought a new game computer and that solved the problem. I got a Dell G5 that has an i7 processor and 8GB of RAM.
I've also been kicked out to the lobby when trying to continue an operation or battle with a human opponent. Sometimes I lose the saved game.
Tanks do seem to take a lot of time to reload and fire, and switching ammunition type seems to be an issue. I usually don't know what type of ammunition they have loaded up before I bring them in.
I'd like to have the units listed by type during the battle for the list on the upper left hand side. This list of units has no organization, so it's hard to find the unit I want by type.

Sorting and ordering the ingame unit list is on our wishlist. Thanks for the feedback.
