Let's fill in the missing details first and, once that's done, start a new Cult post with the relevant info in post #1 in the war room.

I've updated post #6 to this point. Keep the info coming.
Here some confirmation Data that I am gathering from 1.03Beta10. No Data or lack of effect mention does not means there is nothing, just I did not find it

Anima Circle:
Profile: Democracy, Heart
Effects:
-Unrest and Fear due to Positivity Projects
+Secret Bonus Points (Spy Receon Generation)
Harasses Leaders with high Egoism (>50? Not Members?)
Priests: Quicker XP Gain.
Follower Trait: +10 Charisma

Chruch of Syndic:
Profile: Democracy, Government
Effects:
-Private Credits
+Economic Bonus Points (Formerly Public Production Bonus)
Pirests: No Data
Follower Trait: No Data

Mystic Temple:
Profile: Meritocracy, Commerce
Effects:
+ Pop Happines
- Army Recruitment

Follwoer Trait: +20 Oratory, +20 Leadership

A few more additions after playing the game a bit (just writing what's not already mentioned above, or still with quesiton mark):

Apocrypha Order:
Profile: Enforcement, Autocracy

Shadow Sect:
Leader Feat: +10 int

Chruch of Syndic:
Priest: Game states :"Doubles attack values in defensive combat", but actually doubles defense (hitpoints).

Eternity Movement:
Leader Feat: +10 int

Is there any way to make a cult more attractive? Or is it just inverse to your Ethics? It would make sense if the more you went in one direction, the more attractive an opposite cult would be.

I'm asking because in my current run (Hardcore Autocracy/Enforcement/Fist, actually have gotten to 90 Autocracy a few times), I am suppressing every other cult, and supporting the Shadow Sect. (I don't have the Apochryphal Order sadly, they sound good too). But the Shadow sect languishes with a few % of the population and attractiveness in the 70s. Are they just not edgy and countercultural enough?

You did the "Discuss Policy regarding this cult" thing and "change Policy in favor of the cult"?
And you also put the other cults onto "Supressed" to "Outlawed", right?

Pretty sure that one only grows if you hit the Maximum, until eventually you hit 100% (and in the beta, it can not actually go past 100%).

It reaches most places, but there is never enough of it at any one place.

Not what I asked for. Click at the Cult Symbol at the Bottom of the screen. The one wich lists Cult effects.

It also lists the "natural Follower Point".
