The manual is in the Shadow Empire\Manuals folder. The current manual has 353 pages and a size of 16.5 MB, the old one has 349 pages and a size of ~20MB.

You need to mark versions and dates on these documents.

Opening and reading the document gives no indication of the document's version and date.
