Resurrecting this old thread, I have watched Hunter Killer movie recently

Regarding the "crazy" scene in which the loyal Russian destroyer defends the American submarine, the weapons supposedly are Gatling twin guns.

Trying to recreate it in CMO, noticed that the rate of fire is very low, even though it is considered not possible to stop the missiles, the rate of fire should be higher?

I don't see K19 or The Hunt for Red October. Those are two of my favorites. I remember reading The Hunt For Red October while on patrol in the 80s. Early Tom Clancy books were so good. Red Storm Rising and The Sum of All Fears were also good books.

Two of my favs are Mr. Roberts and The Caine Mutiny. Mostly because they focus on very unheralded aspects of WW2 and modern war in general.
