then you must not play many newer games. shrug, if all you do is play older games, you'll be okay. But almost every game created for Windows the past couple of years requires DirectX 8.1 or higher. And DirectX 8.1 and higher requires at least Win 98.
It is time to upgrade your OS. It has probably been time for about 3 years or so. Win 95 is slow, buggy, and, the sticking point, no longer supported in any way by Microsoft.
So, whether you like it or not, if you want to play WS, you'll have to upgrade.
And as I said, you can pick Win 98 fairly cheap second hand. I saw a couple of copies on e-bay for around 20 to 40. A little digging you can probably do better than that. Just make sure you get Win 98 SE (second edition).
And if you can't afford 20 dollars, exactly how would you expect to pay for TOS: WS anyway?
