If looking at balancing Bulgaria, don't forget there is also a big late-game balance issue the other way, when Bulgarian Corps start getting German Infantry and Trench Warfare tech and turn into the Balkan Imperial Stormtroopers. More Corps, experience or better generals will only make that problem worse! One to bear in mind....
Exactly! And appart from that and the additional arty Bulgaria also potentially gets quite the airforce, making them super useful lategame.
On a sidenote: Bulgarian inf literally is the BEST the CP have! They can do everything the germans can and have the additional ability to serve under Ger, AH and turkish generals. This and the almost complete inner line CP has after Bulgaria is in the war makes them the ultimate rapid reaction force.

Yep, so true! Its even worth the extra MMP costs the Germans have to incur to upgrade Bulgaria's units. The only change I would like to see is the simple swap of units I submitted to ward off an alpha strike while they are still neutral to make Sofia bit harder to storm.
