The form "Activities Available" shows the remaining activities of all Major Powers of the phasing side. It would be nice, if you could switch to the non-phasing side to review their activity limits as well.
As there is a flag of the currently active Major Power shown, when the form is called up, it should be probably very easy to show a corresponding non-phasing Major Power flag as selectable button, just as it is done already in other forms.

I'm confused? Non-Phasing powers may react air (intercept & naval air, which is unlimited), perform naval intercepts (unlimited) & fly defensive ground support (unlimited) but don't have any activities (i.e., land, air, naval moves). The number of activities available is dictated by the action taken and only phasing major powers are taking actions.
Or, maybe I'm missing something?

My suggestion would allow the non-phasing side to look-up their activities limits depending on impulse type in preparation for their next impulse, while the phasing side is still active and sends files from time to time, for example for deciding about interceptions of enemy air missions. When I played with you on a daily base, I knew all limits of my Major Powers, but in this moment, I haven't them all memorized any longer. I would expect, some beginners might have same problems, at least while they are starting. It would be just an easily reachable reference, like there are many similar in other forms, for example Production Planning form, Resource losses form or Units in Game form. All of these forms allow the selection and display of info pertaining to the non-phasing side as well.

Yes, the chart on the bottom left, labelled "10.2 Major Power Activities Limits".

Maybe you are just talking on a more comfortable way, but you can select it from the game menu, and then consult it any moment because it will open a pdf file. I find it pretty straightforward and comfy.
