There are spelling mistakes in German terms. I currently only looked to the air unit names in the manual and I don't know, whether it is in the game also.
page 202 (in the brackets are the wrong versions)
Zerstörergeschwader (Zeröstrergeschwader)
Schnellkampfgeschwader (Scnellkampfgeschwader)
Fernaufklärungsgruppe (Fernäufklarungsgruppe)

This isn't a typo in the manual, however the element "160mm Stielgranade AT Gun" should be spelled "160mm Stielgranate AT Gun", with a "t" instead of a "d".

Not a manual typo, a game typo probably not serious enough for a thread: in the hotkey menu, in the description "z - toggle unit counter info (move/defense/garrison values)", I think garrison values no longer exist?

36.16. TURN SUMMARY
These show how
(The word many is missing here)
trucks are in the units (the figure in brackets is how many
are needed), in the depots, pool and undergoing repairs.

4.8.6. Special Turn 1 rules
More widely, the Germans cannot move units in (or
into) Hungary and Rumania and the Soviet South Front
will be fixed unless the Germans move South or East of
Lvov (the exact trigger hex is 187,187). The map below
shows the Soviet at-start deployment in this region and
the critical hex.
I think it's supposed to read South and East, since German units start south of that line on the 17th Army sector, and easily go east of that line further north.
As I understand it 187/187 is the North West corner of the activation box.

Pretty sure it doesnt cost one Admin point. Not sure if the manual is incorrect, or if this is a bug in the game. But the manual is incorrect in any case.
" 21.10.1. Disbanding Units
Disbanding requires and expends one Admin point (for this purpose
merging a unit is treated as disbanding a unit and will also
cost one Admin point)."
Manual should have read "... if playing as the Axis". Disbands are free for the Soviets - see 38.1

thats an in-game screen so I can't correct in the manual, but you are perfectly right.
others - thanks for this, mostly incorporated into the living manual. Where it maybe a mispelling (eg around German names) I'm keeping to the in-game nomenclature for ease of reading across

On page 38, in section 4.3.5 the unit modes should be ready, refit or reserve and not normal, refit or reserve.

Typos or not:
16.4.9. Air Group Unit Names
PF (Tikhookeanskiy Flot) – Pacific Fleet
Should be "TOF" if Russian abbreviation (
Tikho
okeanskiy
flot)
BBAP (Blizhne-bombardirovochnyye Polki) – Short Range Bomber Aviation Regiment
correct is BBAP (Blizhne-bombardirovochnyy Aviatsionnyy Polk)
DBAP (Dahl’nyaya Bombardirovchnyy Aviatsionnyy Polk) – Long Range Bomber Aviation Regiment
correct is DBAP (Dahl’nebombardirovchnyy Aviatsionnyy Polk)
MRAP (Morskoy Razvedyvatel’nay Aviatsionnyy Polk) – Naval Reconnaissance Aviation Regiment
correct is MRAP (Morskoy Razvedyvatel’nyy Aviatsionnyy Polk)
OAS (Otdel’nyi Aviatsion’nyi Aviaeskadril’ya) – Independent Aviation Squadron
Should be "OAE" if Russian abbreviation (
otdel’naya
aviatsion’naya
eskadril’ya)
ODRAE (Otdel’naya Dahl’nyaya Razvedyvatel’naya Aviaeskadril’ya) – Independent Long-Range Reconnaissance Squadron
correct is ODRAE (Otdel’naya Dahl’nerazvedyvatel’naya Aviatsionnaya Eskadril’ya)
OIAE (Otdel’naya Istrebitel’naya Aviatsionnyy Aviaeskadril’ya) – Independent Fighter Aviation Squadron
correct is OIAE (Otdel’naya Istrebitel’naya Aviatsionnaya Eskadril’ya)

correct is RAP (Razvedyvatel’nyy Aviatsionnyy Polk)
SBAP (Smeshannaya Bombardirovchnyy Aviatsionnyy Polk) – Composite Bomber Aviation Regiment
there are 2 variants - if actually "SBAP" then correct is SBAP (Skorostnoy Bombardirovchnyy Aviatsionnyy Polk); but if it about Composite Bomber Aviation Regiment for such units abbreviation is "SAP" (Smeshannyy Aviatsionnyy Polk)

I think this is a typo in Witepedia - in the entry for the 3rd Soviet Tank division, it says "Lake Urnen" which I think is supposed to be Lake Ilmen

Looks like a missing word on page 71 and maybe a minor correction for tense:
Axis Sudden loss will occur if they did not a High Water...
Maybe it should say
Axis Sudden loss will occur if they do not get a High Water...
Also there is no day listed for the October 1942 high water mark score needed. It just says October 1942.

please report map/wiki issues in a separate thread - I have no access to those aspects and I doubt that those who can make such changes will read a thread purely about typos in the manual

21.8.1. Setting Units to Static Mode
Any non-isolated, non-frozen combat unit on the map may
be placed in static mode if that unit has not moved during
the turn and is currently located in a hex with a manmade
fortification level of two or greater (the AI is not held to the
fort level requirement).
Manual should mention that units in Assault HQ's also can not be put into Static mode.

4.7.9. RE-ASSIGNING SUPPORT UNITS
Second paragraph last text in parentheses does not make sense:
(in a game against the AI you can do change this at any stage - 36.18)
It would read better if the word 'do' was removed.

This is more a story to tell about a whole section.
The story began when the game interface blocks me from seeing the proposed costs of leader changes. Since the button is tied to AP cost, the player is apparently only allowed to think about leaders early in the turn. So, I decided to read the Manual, and found section 15.6.2 Dismissal and Replacement in the section under Leaders.
This section tells me that the Admin costs are displayed and an x + x format, and that sometimes it costs more than other times. But doesn't really provide any more information. Since I had played previous games in the series, the format wasn't new to me, The question to which I was seeking an answer was how to calculate the first x from the ratings I could see since I was blocked from seeing the actual x during portions of the turn.
Also, when I reflected on it, and having played these games before, I noticed that it seems rather odd that the words "Political Rating" do not appear at all in this section about manually replacing leaders. It is apparently up to the reader to know from previous knowledge that section 15.3.1 Political Ratings will also talk more about these mysterious x's, although without actually mentioning x's. Unfortunately, even putting the two sections together, I'm still apparently having to make a note to self to check Leader Replacement Costs when I am permitted to do so, as there still does not appear that there is enough information in these two sections combined of the manual to be able to do so.
I guess I'm a cranky old retired engineer these days, but in terms of style, I prefer my manuals to be higher on information content. This manual seems to be more on the conversational side.
Since the manual is on the screen while I compose this, the following rule caught my eye.
Leaders can serve one level up and two levels down from the optimum rank for
the HQ level.
No offense, but that seems to be rather less than clear. A more clear and concise statement of the relationship between the leaders current rank and the rank in the table in the manual about 'optimum rank' could probably be composed. If the difference is only 1 level of rank, then I suppose it can work either direction. But when there is a 2 rank difference, then the direction of the difference is going to matter, and this wording is very unclear about that. Is it saying that a Captain can command a Division, or is it saying that a General can command a company? The cranky old retired engineer in me has learned that words like Up and Down only are meaningful when a frame of reference has been established. A clearer wording that establishes this frame of reference could probably be found.

Oh, and the text about an "x + x" format probably is a typo. "x + y format" would be closer. Although, since the 'y' is for Dismissal Cost, 'x + DC' might be even clearer.
In Algebra, the x + x would imply that both numbers are the same. 'x plus x' converts to just '2x' or two times the variable signified by x. Thus, 'x + y' is better, since the two numbers are not the same. And there is no reason not to go for better clarity and just abandon the x's and y's in favor of something that represents the real meanings, like DC for Dismissal Cost, if you feel that the abbreviation is required instead of just saying ' + Dismissal Cost'.
