Come, on. That's a bit harsh DarkHorse2. It's like criticizing the forest because the bark on one tree is the wrong color. Still, your explanation of the problem explains why I couldn't get the transports to resupply Daugvapils from Koenigsberg. Thanks for pointing it out and for mentioning the increasing problem in the center and the south as the campaign progresses.

I don't know how the transport code works but I assume it does not consider refuelling at both ends so fuel load has to cover in and out.
