Since the goal is to win, I am clearing the path for Germany.

Once Amsterdam is captured, the RNN patrol group is leaving.

Netherlands surrenders.

Checking the shipyard stockpile, there is still no problem.

The RNN patrol group is inside the deployment queue without using any shipyards. There are still 16 shipyards available in the previous screenshot for a total of 65 shipyards.

Next turn, no change in the shipyards (total: 65, available: 16).

The RNN patrol group is ready for deployment.

I decide to deploy it in Liverpool.

And there is the bug. Once I have deployed the patrol group, the available shipyards is now 31.
Indeed, a patrol group needs 15 shipyards to build it.

The problem is that the game wrongly considers that the RNN patrol group was inside the UK shipyards.
Thus, it is wrongly increasing the available shipyards from 16 to (16 + 15) = 31.

And from here, all the problems we will have.

Same thing for Greece.

Current status of the shipyards, there are 56 available.

Deploying the Greece DD group...

Available shipyards is going to (56 + 15) = 71 available for a total of 65 shipyards.

The worst is with the Vichy French fleet.

Once Vichy France surrenders.

Plenty of French fleets coming in the Deployment queue.

No more shipyards available.

But, deploying all these fleets...
