I am also fighting with it at this very moment. I recovered Rangoon, and it is marked as Main Supply, so no xx of yy information. But the very next hex (31, 57) is marked as port supply, so, all my units in Thailand and Burma are been supplied from the tiny ports of Moulmein and Tavoy until I get Bangkok?

By the way, the three hexes west of Rangoon don't provide any information related to supply, no 'Main Supply' or 'Port supply'. The same for 43,52 and 44,52

Also, something identifying the units that are not receiving reinforcements would be useful. Now I have 15 units in that situation and it is hard to remember with ones from the reports list.
