Also if the Allies declare war on Norway and it does not surrender...the minefield never appears.

Though not sure if it should or not to be honest.

I declared war on them as the Allies...failed to capture it...they kicked me out so it is German now...and there is not minefield.

Newbie error. 6 ships plus a sub trapped for the rest of the game. Would be great to solve this.
