Turn 17, August 28, 1915
Replay: U-boot near Canada moved south, closer to US coast. German marines moved to the north from Riga. Teutons used their merciless artillery once again, and took Warsaw in fierce assault. Defenders, Russian Guard Corps, died on the spot. After loss of Novogeorgiervsk another blow to Tsar’s forces morale.
Eastern Front: I moved Russian Submarine from Kronstadt to Turku, next turn it should hunt for this German marines. As double protection to amphibious assault I deployed by rail detachment to Rewel.
I finished withdrawing Russian forces onto Vistula line. I reinforced those wounded cores, and attacked against AH core in Galicia.
Serbia: All quiet.
Italy: I invested this turn income into Infantry weapons.
France: All income into research - Aerial Warfare, Fighters and Artillery Weapons. I guessed Racndoc will not have enough MPP’s to keep in pace with France in Air Warfare. Air domination would be crucial to gain advantage over Germans in the turns to come.
Invasion Force: I waited for Indian Cavalry Core to join main forces. To make my blow devastating in Syria I needed at least one quick unit to capture Damascus in first turn of invasion.
Atlantic: The hunt for U-boot begun! I started patrolling.
Science Front: RU and FR reached TW level 3.
Diplomatic Front: Finally Greece joined the Entente.

Turn 18, September 11, 1915
Replay: Germans continued to attack in Poland, they eliminated one Russian Core. Central Powers used diplomatic pressure on Bulgaria. Bulgaria reached 77% attitude to join the war. Lone German destroyer near Arkhangelsk tried to leave the bay but it run on a British Submarine, and took damage.
A revolt broke out in Libya - one partisan unit spawned.
Eastern Front: All quiet. Reinforcements - resurrecting previous loses in Infantry Cores.
Serbia: French Army in Serbia moved towards Bulgarian border to face new enemy.
France: Reinforce and Research.
Invasion Force: First my Intelligence reported Ottoman Marines in Tripoli. I used seaplane carrier and warships to recon along Syrian Coast. It turned out that Racndoc covered all ports In this circumstances the Invasion was called off. There was two possibilities left: either make landing in Turkey itself, or send the UK troops against Bulgaria.
Science Front: UK reached Anti submarine Warfare level 2!

Turn 19, September 25 1915
Replay: Germans took Ivangorod Fortress. They also attacked north to Warsaw. Russians suffered two Infantry cores causalities. Bulgaria lean towards CP on 82%. I also spotted some German movement west to Verdun. Also I discovered some of the Germans already upgraded to Infantry Weapons 1.
Eastern Front: I awaited Russian upgrade to Infantry Weapons 1. I performed some skirmish in Caucasus, just to confuse my opponent.
Invasion Force: I checked Turkey mainland, and every port was garrisoned. My bold plan to invade Ottomans from the sea seemed unrealistic then. Worse case scenario after I called off the invasion, I could use those forces against Bulgaria.
Italy&France: All quiet investing in science, awaiting upgrades.
Sea: I finally sink this pain-in-the-ass U-boot near Canada!
Research Front: Finally! France and Russia completed Infantry weapons 1 research! Russians also got C&C level 1.

Turn 20, October 23, 1915
Replay: I spotted some Turkish activity near Basra, which was held by one British detachment.
German U-boats slaughtered almost all Russian Imperial Navy in ports in Gulf of Finland. There was no possibility to do anything with that. Tsar could only watch and clench his fists when this pride-of-nation vessels were sunk one after another, without chance to strike back.
Bad news kept coming to Petersburg. In another clash at Warsaw, Teutons destroyed two Russian Cores and severely damaged artillery unit. Some Russian generals started doubting the god-given Nikolai's leadership.
If that wasn’t enough, another two sinister news came: First, Bulgaria announced that it Prepares for War on CP side. Secondly, and even more devastating, since nobody in the West expected that, Verdun fell. Sneaky wurst eaters deployed upgraded artillery unit close to Verdun fortress. After heavy shelling Boche killed the defending French Corps and took the position. It seriously hit French National Morale. Situation looked bad, and it seemed Central Powers finally got the wind in their sails.
Atlantic: After destroying this U-boot near Canada, I sent all of the hunting force back to the Isles. After U-boats wiped out Russian Navy I was expecting attempt to break the blockade. I couldn’t let that happen. Sea was the last domain where Entente was winning, and the only tool so far that was successively softening up Germany’s morale.
France: I was tempted to order immediate counterattack to take back Verdun, but that didn’t have any chance of success. Instead I regrouped and used my MPP’s to upgrade as many french cores to Inf Wpns 1 as I could.
Serbia: I secured the border with Bulgaria with 2 French cores, 1 Serbian core and Greek core and detachment. I saved Serbian points for buying artillery unit.
Invasion Force: I couldn’t decide what to do. Amphibious Assault in Syria was out of the table, Ottomans fortified all ports. I thought to try to take Syrta, and moved the invasion fleet closer to Turkey. At the same time I shelled from Battleships and Cruisers Syrian coast, to keep Racndoc figuring out where I am going to strike. I also managed the Libyan uprising. Anyway, strategically I couldn’t afford keeping so much force boarded on the ships, when CP were on the offensive.
Caucasus: I made several attacks with Russian Mountain cores, they fought pretty well against the Turks and kept forcing my opponent to waste MPP’s to reinforce this front.
Italy: All quiet, MPP’s for research: TW and INF warfare
Eastern Front: I renewed front line at Siedlce. I bought new core and upgraded 4 cores with new weaponry. Once again it seemed that Russia will need to take main German blow on herself.
Science Front: UK&FR got Artillery Weapons 1! Brits took Aerial Warfare as well, and Russians got S&I level 2.
Bulgaria joined Central Powers!

Turn 21, November 21 1915
Replay: Germans stubbornly continued their advance against Russia. I noted Racndoc tactics: first he strikes the defended hex with Artillery, secondly adjacent infantry cores attack. Then, if there is still resistance cavalry core come to finish defenders off. Finally fresh infantry core from the rear take over the position and entrench. In this turn Russians lost one core south to Lublin, and in Finish Bay a Pre-dreadnought and an Armored Cruiser were sunk. Also French lost one core near Sedan. At the beginning of the turn I agreed to support Arabian revolt.

Serbia: I bought Cavalry core and a detachment. Whole border with Bulgaria were secured.
Invasion Force: There was no other way, I unloaded Haig HQ, 3 British Infantry Cores and Indian Cavalry Core in Salonika. I pushed forward Greek Corps to secure Kavalla. Strategically I was counting that Bulgaria can’t stand alone French-British-Serbian pressure, and Ottomans won’t be abler to help holding Arab Revolt. Apropos revolts- I almost finished off those Libyan insurgents.
Eastern Front: I fought back, and managed to wipe out German Cavalry Core and a Infantry Core. I continued my defense and bought two infantry cores, already with upgraded weaponry. All quiet in Caucasus.
France: All quiet. I upgraded all artillery and remaining Infantry.
Italy: All quiet. Saving points for tech.
Britain: I bought an detachment for Greece and saved points for incoming upgrades. At the end of the turn UK and Serbia reached Infantry Weapons level 1.

Turn 22, December 18 1915
Replay: Germans finished off Baltic fleet: Rurik and Aurora Cruisers hit the bottom of the Finish Bay sunk by German U-boats. Only Russian Bars Submarine survived the slaughter. However this turn was quiet, and apart from small German attack near Sedan, and one Russian Inf Core KIA, soldiers at the front-lines across Europe could enjoy Christmas.

I destroyed Libyan Partisans. In Greece all Haig’s group was upgraded to Inf Wpns 1. Also reinforcements in the Isles received new guns.British submarine close to Arkhangelsk was still hunting this forgotten German destroyer.
Serbia: couldn’t do much. I wanted to upgrade infantry, but all units were at front-lines, I needed to wait for new units to come so I could withdraw units to second line to reequip them.
France: Additional HQ built! I deployed Petain HQ in Marseilles, it destination was to join French forces in Serbia. I also bought an Infantry Core and Marine unit.
Italy: All quiet invested in production and trench warfare.
Eastern Front: Bars Submarine sneaked out from Finnish Bay and started raiding Germany-Sweden convoys. I bought one core for Russians and invested one chit in production tech. Also I upgraded several cores to new infantry weapons. I knew I will need to withdraw artillery and maybe one core from Caucasus. Reinforcements were desperately needed in Central Poland. It was clear for me that Western Powers must attack in spring to relieve Russia. Otherwise Romanov’s Empire would collapse in no time. Although Russian positions were still in Central Poland, the line become thinner and thinner.
Science Front: What a breakthrough turn! UK: adv subs 1; Inf warfare 2 FR: Aerial warfare 1, C&C 2 Inf warfare 2, Gas/Shell 1, Logistics 3, Production tech 1!
Unfortunately in this turn British convoys could not reach Russia - it was winter:(

Turn 23, January 29, 1916
Replay: Central Powers went mad in the East. Three Russian Cores were wiped out at battle near Siedlce. Austro-Hungarians attacked North to Peremysl too. Russian Sub were attacked by furious German Fleet. They were about to prove who rules in Baltic Sea! Germans also attacked at Sedan, and destroyed one French Core.
Eastern Front: Russian morale dropped to 56%. Whole nation was grieving tremendous loses at the front. People on the streets of St. Petersburg began to ask themselves: How much longer? Russian High Command decided to withdraw from sector close to Lublin. However there were also good news: almost all Russian Cores were reequipped to Infantry weapons 1, also reinforcements from Caucasus came near Lvov. Artillery Unit should help to slow down Austro-Hungarians.
Balkans: Anglo-French forces tried to breakthrough in Bulgaria, but enemy defenses were too strong. That was a fruitless attack. I decided to move British artillery from Egypt to Greece. But just before that I attacked cross the Suez Channel, just to to confuse Turks, and tie them up in the Middle East.
At the same time second ANZAC corps came to Egypt. That was a big reinforcement if I was about to move artillery away to the other front.
Italy: I saved MPP’s for artillery unit. I invested last possible chit into TW.
France: Local counterattack, the French destroyed on German core at Cambrai. France&UK invested chits in Air force. I needed a leverage in the Western Front. Air force seem a good idea to gain one.
Generally, Western Powers in Spring should start an offensive, it was about time to start wining this war.
Science Front: UK, France and Russia reached Trench Warfare 4; France developed Fighters 1, and Russia got Infantry Weapons 2! Spring will be ours!

Can you post a screenshot of the Western Front as it would be interesting to see how far things have moved, or not.

The Germans started really well there, but it doesn't seem to be quite the case now.

Turn 24, March 25th, 1916
Replay: Baltic fall completely under Kriegsmarine rule: Bars submarine was hunted down and sunk by German destroyers. Gagnut-Dreadnought, pride of Baltic fleet hit the bottom in Revel’s port. I counted 6 U-boots operating in the Baltic. I wondered what will happen when they finally leave Baltic and go into Atlantic. Would I be able to neutralize them? Will they threaten UK’s convoys?
War at Sea: Finally British Sub sunk this lone German destroyer close to Arkhangelsk. Royal Navy also managed to sunk Turkish warship at Gallipoli port.
Balkans: All quiet. I prepared for future offensive. Artillery from Egypt reached Salonika. Petain HQ unloaded in Tirane. One French Core and Marine Division embarked at Marseilles and Tulon, destination Serbia. I badly needed a success, something that would ease pressure in the Eastern Front. As there was bloody stalemate in the West, the only place possible to strike back seemed to be in the Balkans.
Eastern Front: Germans killed one Russian core near Ostroleka. I didn’t do much, I shortened the front again, and withdrew from Lublin. I continued re-equipment for Infantry Weapons.
Western Front: I put everything I had into use, in order to relieve Russians. Brits destroyed one Hun Core near Bolougne, the French also killed one at Cambrai, and one at Sedan. I used all shells I had in my artillery units, I used all my air force to support those attacks. Also I almost killed German artillery unit, it survived with one strength point. That was all I could do. Those attacks were pretty bold, and I was afraid Racndoc’s counterattacks in his turn.
Science Front: France-fighters 1; Aerial Warfare 1, Italy: Trenches level 3, Serbia TW 4 and Inf Weapons 1!

Turn 25, April 22, 1916
Replay: Germans killed one French Core next to Verdun. In general it seemed all quiet at Western Front.

West: As you can see, British held northern sector, closer to the Chanel La Manche, while the French Army held all from Reims to the south. In this turn French hit back and destroyed one German Core at Sedan. They also invested one chit in Gas/Shell production.
Balkans: British destroyed one Bulgarian detachment, but it didn’t change the stalemate at all. Serbians did nothing, saving points for Artillery unit and upgrading infantry to Infantry Weapons 1.
Italy: All quiet, saving for artillery unit.
Eastern Front: I continued my elastic defense tactics. I gave back two hexes in the south, near Carpathian Mountains, but at the same time I eliminated one Austro-Hungarian Core, and one German Core at Narew river in the north. Russians also invested one chit in Trench Warfare.
Science Front: UK got ASW3! That gave me confidence about those U-boots, if they were about to leave Baltic Sea and head towards Atlantic. C’mon! I wasn’t afraid then. Serbia got S&I level 1.

That is an impressive amount of Entente forces in the west, can you put it to good use by launching a big offensive?

Turn 26, May 26, 1916
Replay: That was a dark time for Entente at all fronts. In the West Germans eliminated two French Cores near Sedan and one British Core near Cambrai. At Masurian Lakes Teutons destroyed one Russian Core. In Balkans Austro-Hungarians made small advance with Cavalry Core and wiped out one Serbian Core. Altogether Entente lost 5 Cores this month! That was terrible news.
Western Front: I panicked and counterattacked impulsively, and as you may expect didn’t get much success. I weakened few German Cores, but no kills. I figured out Germans already developed Shell production 2, while UK and France had it on level 1. This made my attacks not effective and led to heavy losses. German artillery took its toll on my troops in defense fire. I felt I am just sending my units into meat grinder. That was frustrating, but well, that was my fault, I should invested earlier in shell production:(
Balkans: Serbians killed this cocky AH Cavalry Core and regrouped. Also Serbia finally bought Arty unit.
Italy: All quiet, I bought artillery unit.
Eastern Front: Again, Russia took the burden of the fight. General Brusilov made bold attack, and wiped out one German Cavalry Core, one AH infantry core, and creme-de-la-creme: one AH artillery unit. That significantly raised the spirits in Entente camp!
Science Front: UK developed Fighter Weapons 1 and Command&Control level 2. French developed Ground Attack Weapons 1. That was a part of my plan to grow advantage in the West by using Air Force. Italians got Infantry Warfare 1. Next focus for Entente should be Long Range Aircraft technology, because there was too many Entente units grouped, so it was hard to deploy planes in range to support the front line.

Turn 27, June, 1916
Replay: Bulgarians tried to make an attack in the Balkans, but they were repelled. Eastern front however, as usual, carnage was on. In Galicia, Deblin and Siedlce Central Powers destroyed 3 Russian Cores altogether. That wasn’t good, but what could Russians do? They were taking German punches for many months. And slowly their morale was going down and down...
Iraq: For many turns there was a stalemate at Basra. I decided to move Royal Marines Division through Suez Canal to Persian Gulf and try to do some diversion down there.
Balkans: I desperately needed to take over initiative, so I developed new plan: I was about to do some major regroup: British will keep blocking Ottomans and Bulgarians, while French under gen. Petain would move north, and try to take Belgrade back. British Artillery unit was about to join them. I wonder If I can succeed. After crushing the Libian Rebellion I was able to sent some extra troops from Egypt to Saloniki, namely French Detachment and Indian Cavalry Corps.
Italy: All quiet. I spent all points on artillery weapons and trench warfare.
France: I made small attack and killed German Core near Brussels. I didn’t have enough shells to make a major offensive. I need to remember that lesson about investing in Shell’Gas production. Germans had two fighters now over there, but Entente fighters fought them off due to their superior tech.
Eastern Front: I made several attacks to draw away Ottomans attention from the Balkans. Also I managed to eliminate one AH Core near Lvov. However it didn’t change anything: Russia was bleeding heavily. Every turn I was forced to buy AT LEAST one core, just to keep the line of replacements. UK convoys and development of Industrial and Production tech helped to make it possible.
The main task for Russia in my opinion was to keep Germans out from the West, till Brits and French will build up their technical and numerical advantage. Also Double Continental blockade would hit Germans eventually.
Meanwhile Russian morale dropped below 50%, and some desertions took place. I really needed to turn the tide.
Science Front: Italy developed Infantry Weapons 1, Russia finally got Artillery weapons 1!

Turn 28, July 8, 1916
Replay: Again, Bulgarians tried to attack, and again they were repelled. As you may predicted Germans kept their bayonet stuck into Russia’s body and continued to move it here and there. Another 2 Russian Cores turned into dust. In France Germans destroyed one French core in Vogezes Mountains.
Iraq: Imagine this detachment garrisoning Basra since beginning of the war. There was nothing to do, hot and boring . Most probably local British commander started to overuse his Gin rations...I did horrible mistake. I was analyzing the map, and possibility what to do with this upcoming Marine Division over there...I don’t know how did it happen...I clicked and moved British Detachment OUT of Basra, and didn’t have enough action points to get back. I just literally gave up good position and threw away my unit to death into desert. I felt like a damn fool!
Balkans: Serbians were upgrading to Inf Wpns 1, French started to move north, planing to liberate Belgrade in few turns. Extra forces from Africa were about to replace them.
Italy: Whole turn and MPP’s spent for upgrade to Inf Wpns 1.
France: I did well prepared attacks, used recon Bombers and artillery to soften up defenders. Result was elimination of two German Cores. I also squeezed one British Core between Lille and Bolougne. I needed to do this in order to finish off one Boche Core, and drag enemy attacks away from British Core south to Lille, which was covering my precious artillery units.
I forgot to mention one important thing: Allied Airships. During the game France and UK receive one unit of airships each. As you can see on the screenshot attached in see almost all CP positions in France, This is because a British Airship based north to London (you can see a piece of up to the British destroyer) has excellent starting point to go through German Lines. Additional French Airship based in the South can peek what Germans are doing North to Switzerland. That’s a great advantage, but, you need to have your fighters ready to protect them.
Eastern Front: All quiet. Russians were exhausted. There was no option for any counterattack. I did continued my diversion attacks in the Caucasus, but with no kills. I only made Ottomans bled few drops.
Science Front: UK got Trench Warfare 5 and Shell production 1(before I did mistake, and wrote UK already had it, nope they just got it now). France also got TW 5, Russians got TW 5 and Logistics 2.

Nice to see the Western Front hotting up!

Turn 29, July 22, 1916
Replay: As I thought, Basra was lost due to my stupid click-happy move. Austro-Hungarians did some attack in Serbia, but were easily repelled. In France, god knows how, Germans supported by massive shelling destroyed two french Cores and one British. In the East another two Russians Cores joined “the immortal regiment” i.e were dead. I spotted an U-boot in the North Sea too. Another turn and Entente had it guts cut open - 5 cores were lost altogether. That wasn’t good. This war was going wrong.
Iraq: I still could and did counterattack to get Basra back, there was also Royal Marines unit on the way, but...It didn’t look good without supply base.
Balkans: Stalemate, I was just moving French north, slowly preparing offensive to liberate Belgrade. It needed to be carefully done. Although on the map it looked like Sofia is just one push further, it was impossible. Bulgarian capital surrounded by mountains with dug-in troops was an impenetrable natural fortress. So Belgrade it was! Here we go, Allons-y!
Italy: Upgrading were in motion. All MPP’s left I put in Artillery Weapons chit.
France: Merde! Germans got artillery weapons level 2 combined with Shell/Gas production at least 2. It was a suicide to attack to any hex within range of this Krupp beasts. However I managed to find to blind spots, and slayed two German Cores at Epinal and Sedan.
North Sea: This scout(?) U-boot in the North Sea, I was lucky he was revealed to me by Intelligence. I immediately sent him to hell, and prevented breaking the blockade. ASW3 destroyers had no problems with performing this task.
Eastern Front: I managed to kill one German Core. I continued my persistent defense.

Generally things didn’t look well for me. I was loosing too much units...It was full attrition war. I was pondering how to turn the tide...perhaps I should use diplomacy to force Romania to join and stretch out Bulgarians. It was impossible he would have enough troops to cover this front. By the way, national morale stats turn interesting: Austro-Hungary because of their rather passive participation in the war, and little losses had NM 83%, while Germans on 68%(heavy loses plus double blockade). Ottomans also were on 83%. In Entente camp on top were Italy with 101%, UK 88%, Serbia with 70%, France 61%(heavy losses) and Russia 45%(open wound bleeding - uncountable losses). I wonder how the NM affects the fighting units. Is it?
Science Front: France - Gas/Shell Production 2 (Finally!!! As Bill predicted, it was going to be intense in the West soon!), S&I also 2. Serbia developed TW 5.

Turn 30, August 5th, 1916
Replay: Tsar was depressed, not only by his son’s disease, but also about the news that came from the front...Another 3 Russian Cores were slayed near Lublin. There was a little consolation with two Muslim Cores just arrived in Moscow, however...If they only knew they were heading into jaws of death, they would definitely mutinied.
Austro-Hungarians killed one Serbian Core, but front was sturdy down in the Balkans.
Something new happened: another U-boot went through the blockade, I only saw it passing. I must nip in the bud those attempts to threat my convoys!
North Sea: The hunt started, I damaged this sea wolf to 2 strength points. Next turn I would be able to finish it off.
Eastern Front: I counterattacked, but no kills. All this front was just a meat grinder. Tsar stopped reading the communicates from the front, and developed strange interest in some Siberian monk...
Balkans: I counterattacked, killed one AH detachment. French troops were still on the move to north.
Italy: Invested one chit in Shell/gas and upgraded another core.
France: In the north sector the British wiped out two German Cores, air force and artillery made it possible. In the center I replaced one French commander. UK invested one chit in long range aircraft.
Science Front: France got Long Range Aircraft 1 and Industrial tech 2; Italy got C&C 2, TW 4 and S&I 1.

Turn 31, August 19, 1916
Replay: Russians lost one core near Luck and one near Siedlce. Russia National Morale fell to 42%, and as I was predicting, some mutinies started. That didn’t look good.
In the West Germans took Nancy, supported by those Krupp Artillery beasts. How come in third year of the war Teutons were advancing everywhere!?
Eastern Front: I needed to regroup. I discovered that this German Marine unit which was looming across Balitc was now deployed at the front as ordinary infantry. That released two Russian detachments from guard duty at Libau and Hanko. I moved them immediately to the front. I also manged to tighten lines in the Caucasus, so I could take one core from there, and move it into Poland.
Russia had only one, simple objective at this stage: to hold Brest Litovsk at all cost!
Iraq: British Marines were desperately trying to retake Basra. Another Royal Marines unit was loading in Suez. Meanwhile I invested one British chit into Artillery and Infantry weapons.
North Sea: I sank this U-boot that breached blockade last turn. I needed to stay alerted, because I saw only three German submarines in the Baltic. What was doing the others? Were they going to the Atlantic?
Balkans: I moved British artillery from Bulgarian front to Serbian Front. I was carefully gathering troops to attack on Belgrade. I just looked at Serbian research and discovered there was some chits invested into TW, but I already had level 5, so I reclaimed them and put into Infantry warfare.
Italy: Invested 100% MPP to influence Romania to join the war.
France: I attacked again, using planes fro recon and artillery to soften up those German sausage-eaters. Two enemy cores were killed. I didn’t take the ground in fear of counterattacks. War of attrition it was.
Science Front: Italy got logistics 2 and UK got Ground Attack Weapons 1! I was consequently improving my air capabilities.

Turn 32, September 2nd, 1916
Replay: In the East another two Russian Cores hit the dust. In Balkans Austro-Hungarians attacked and caused some damage with their artillery unit, but there was no kills on my side.
Something really bad happened in the Western Front. Germans, with support of their supreme artillery destroyed two French Cores and took Epinal! It seemed Racndoc was about to flank whole Allied front in France from the south! It was a shock for Entente's morale.
Western Front: I panicked and quickly send some troops south. I didn’t attack, just put fresh troops, and reinforced damaged ones. I reorganized whole defense line. It was really head-ache situation down there! In the North British killed one German Core near Lille. But that was it...I realized I spent too much MPP’s on research, and forgot to rebuild destroyed cores. UK invested one more chit in Gas/Shell production. I needed this Technology for yesterday!
Balkans: I was still regrouping. Next turn I was about to be ready to launch long-awaited attack on Belgrade.
Italy: I put one chit in gas/Shell production. It was time to choose a place to attack, especially that I needed to aid France quickly!
Eastern Front: Russians made small counterattack and killed one German and one AH Cavalry Cores. They also invested one chit in Gas/Shell production. Russia indeed took the burden of fighting this war...
Science Front: Italy got Artillery Weapons 1; Serbia got Production Tech.
I desperately needed to take over initiative!

Turn 33, September 16th, 1916
Replay: Newspapers around the world were reporting about tremendous Russian losses on the Eastern Front. In center Russians lost 3 army cores and a detachment. In south, one core an one detachment. Russian morale dropped to 33%. There were more and more voices on the streets of St. Petersburg to finish this war NOW.
In the West Germans killed one French Core, and In Iraq Turks were about to finish off remnants of UK marine unit. I had impression that I am losing this war. Especially when Russia was about to flip, due to the morale loss.
Sea Warfare: I tested new tactics - I sent British Submarine to the Baltic via Sund strait. I wondered if I could do some damage to German convoys to Sweden.
Eastern Front: I decided to withdraw 1 hex back in most of the Front. There was no other solution. I was forced to break contact with the enemy, and regroup. Russia seemed to be lost soon, I was just trying to keep her alive as long as possible. I put 1 chit in diplomacy to influence Romania(She was tending to Entente at 70% at the moment)
Balkans: After long preparations, finally I commenced attack on Belgrade. I destroyed one A-H core and liberated the capital of Serbia. On the left flank Serbians and Montenegrians also attacked and almost took Valejevo, but those Austro-Hungarians were fierce defenders. The remain control of the town with one strength point left.
Italy: I upgraded artillery, there was also enough shells. Next turn I was about to storm Trento. I also put one chit on Romania. I hoped all this will decrease German pressure in the East.
Western Front: The Brits attacked in the north, and heavily damaged one German Core, but there was not enough forces to kill it. UK put one chit on Romania, and one chit on Infantry Warfare and Command&Control. I was also thinking about buying additional artillery unit. The french were reinforcing their forces and holding the line in the south. I had big hopes, that soon with my superior air force and artillery I will bleed out sauerkraut eaters.
Science Front: UK got Armored Warfare 1, and France got Infantry Weapons 2! That could have been a game changer for the French.

Wow Jason you actually aren't in that bad of shape if you have Serbia and Montenegro still in the war and next to Belgrade.
