The problem is not solved for me. I downloaded a +700mg file that will not open. Separately I have not got a confirmation email with the SN either - so still a cock-up here. Hope you guys at Matrix can sort this out soon. Almost midnight here and a work day tomorrow so I am off. Hope it is all working tomorrow morning.

I have full faith in the game Hubert and I am looking forward to playing it over the upcoming weekend.
Apologies for these issues, I've heard back it is now fixed, could you please try downloading again?

Alternatively, I've heard renaming the extension to .exe seems to fix it as well.

You are right. The game downloaded for me using the US server. My matrix account now has the details of the purchase and SN. I have installed - and it really looks great. I am looking forward to playing it over the weekend. Thanks so much for your personal interest. I am a big fan and have all of your other titles.
