also you can see from my example that i had to be out of fuel, but had no problems with LW flying or MP for a mobile forces in `42
thus i doubt that it will change in `44 or `45


Denniss, if you can share save from that AI game that you showed i can, or you can, take control over Axis and try to manage units yourself, instead of AI
i am pretty sure that AI just manage units in a bad way which leads to a fuel shortages, and human will do much better

event log shows ~95k fuel produced, some fuel is moved around cities and some to pool. According to CR nothing is delivered to units. Lots of fuel transported to locations for civil useage like factory upkeep or keeping manpower happy.
