Did ww2 scouts routinely carry radios? It doesn’t really matter, a design decision was made to not give bonus to units simply because they are deemed “scouts” but to rather give it based on ability to get close (size) and experience. This doesn’t make or break either Steel Panthers game, cheers!

LOL, like we'll all hold our breath. It was "on hold" for several years while WitE2 was being developed, and now that WitE2 is out, it is "on hold" some more. I'm moving on...

Don't hold your breath; just play whatever game is available right now. Just hours ago I played MegaMek.

Works great for me. Always has. Window$ 10 and Window$ 11.
