61+27=88vp (minor axis victory)
Fuel stock is now at zero and units did not get all that was requested. We have a card option for a new unit, 9SS Hohenstaufen (10pp), but the fuel is more important (20pp).
Map at start:
In the north we take a couple more hexes and funnel troops toward Stavelot.
In the center the 12VG attempts to cover Peiper’s left flank. The 3FJ, 18VG, FBB, and 62VG converge on St.Vith.
In the south we take another city but mostly are covering the left flank of the units driving toward St.Vith.
AI Turn
In the center the AI attempts to break out of the pocket.
No other attacks by the AI. It appears several units fell back off Peiper’s left flank as the 12VG moved west. If true, that’s what I was hoping would happen.
