Place German reserves as follows: Garrisons in Karlsruhe and Saarbrucken. Spread the rest out between Aachen, Cologne, Essen, and Dusseldorf.

Note that GeneralAdvance has taken command of the French forces (including setup).
However, Orm has command of the French merchant marine, and French convoy escorts.
