What I ended up doing installing windows to another SD card, installing all the need steam deck drivers. Installing steam and a missing Mircosoft C+ redistribute. And seems to run off that SD Card fine need to play more but so far so good.

Brandon, could you post a summary of what hardware you are using and the steps to get things running? I will copy that to a pinned thread for folks to find easier. Thanks.

1. After all that done install steam on windows as normal and install the game.
2. Launch Steam Big Picture mode and set controls to your liking.

I did get a missing vc1140.dll error first time tried to launch but this fixed it
