No problem Dave, I assume that set of questions is probably more strategy based with a whole book worth of answers
Basically, I guess it translates to:
"What is the best level of commanding troops that maximizes the games AI's ability to be at it's best ?"

It really depends on the scenario. As a general rule in the larger scenarios I order Bdes and Bns around, at least initially. Once things get tight or the troops are at close quarters I may order Bns and companies directly. In smaller scenarios I tend to give orders to Bns and companies.
