The yellow borders/coastlines do not fully render, but only partially render, leaving them fragmented.

If this is the OP then this is what my 'no fix' is referring to. Legacy gives me full (non broken) rendered lines.

I should probably made a separate post for the map layer render in general (sorry for that) but since they are both 'not working' for me since the 64bit version came out I thought I mention it cause they might be connected? If you want me to make a separate post i'll do that with some 1.5 vs 1.6 screens.

This is a problem for me in version 1463.

If I turn off EVERYthing except borders then it renders just fine. But once I start adding layers it returns
