Nikel, mate, do not waste your time, do not feed the troll, specially after midnight!
I would suggest looking at what the devs told him. I am assuming you are calling either one of the devs a troll or me. Which is it?

Please, don't highjack threads. IIRC we've warned you about this before. No, it is not useful.
Many thanks.

Just responding to a personal affront.

I deleted the original install download and downloaded from the product page when the auto-installer update failed. It worked fine then. Not sure what happened with that.

2) You should update regardless, beta exes expire after 28 days.
Do you know if that will be pushed to Steam, or do I need to manually install that update to my Steam installation (before the "BETA" expires)? Either way is fine - just don't want bother to manually do it if it's going to happen automatically. Is it just the .exe? If so then that's easy.

Thanks,
Dave

Both the original B1527 and the revised non-beta version "hotfix" have been pushed to Steam. No manual installation should be needed unless your using the Matrix version of CMO. If it hasn't been pushed to you, verify you are not on one of the beta branches. If that is not it, then close/exit Steam completely and then restart it.

I'm good now.Thanks. I missed it because Steam always gives me a "Update Queued" notification and then I have to press the Update button. This time apparently, it just did its thing in the background.

Everything is up to date.

This is being investigated.

The dev team is currently on a holiday break.
