Does this mean that we can ow play PBEM scenarios that use this mod ?

Absolutely!
As long as both players have the mod enabled, PBEM is completely possible.
That being said, if you want a game, fire one up and I'll be happy to do so!

Hmm....I thought the game would automatically switch to encrypted mode when you start a PBEM (or other H2H) game.
