No. I don't believe it's resolved. It is my understanding that the GBI based in Alaska should be able to engage the incoming ICBM. The manual launch panel just indicates unable to intercept without a reason. The California based GBI can intercept the ICBM but, seems to me the Alaska site should be engaging the ICBM. Am I wrong?

I don't understand why the Alaska site will engage the SLBM when the California GBI site is removed.

The SBX-1 tracks the ICBM, the LRDR does not.
I played through the Nuclear War scenario I had been noodling with using Build 1852 again; the LRDR and GBI's appear to be WAD. Nikel's testing demonstrated those issues have been corrected. I apologize for any confusion I caused.

One thing I tend to warn players about is thinking ABM is working as designed. WAD for player seems mean it works most of the time. In real-life, ABM on anything bigger than a SRBM seems to 50% or less. And firing windows are a nightmarishly small window of geometry, speed, and altitude. Just be careful what you wish for.
