PPA was 80 guys out of 200,000±. Brave, no doubt. Make a good movie.Be sure to set Theater Recon, theater Guerrilla,
Rail Transport, Sea Transport, and Air Transport
levels for each Force. Set this up as a simple timer
trigger for Turn 1. Remember to modify the
values with later Events if they should be changed.
Theater Recon abstractly represents your long
range and “humint” resources. A value of 10% is
probably sufficient for most cases, perhaps higher
in smaller physical scales. Theater Guerrilla
levels represent things like partisan activity. Set
this level if you want locations behind friendly
lines to have a chance to spontaneously revert to
enemy control.
