Been running this for an extended period of time using the current internal build (B1902), without any exception being thrown. Please give this another go after the next public beta.

A new one here in B1892.
An error with this message appeared on the screen, clicking OK caused a CTD.
While running the scenario posted in this thread, however not reproducible, just 1 time in several tries.

This is an unusually rare exception, and one typically associated with the program process running in a debugging environment.
Did you try to attach a debugger on the process, per chance?

No debugger, I do not know how to use it
A CTD and then revised the event viewer, the screenshot is from the event viewer.

May be anecdotal, but for me CTDs are less frequent in 1892 while still associated with pressing spacebar to pause game running in double flame.
Posting here so that I don't create a new thread
CTDs continue to happen in 19xx builds. They are clearly associated with pressing the spacebare in high acceleration (not every time of course) - which behaviorally happens upon some significant changes (a weapon threat, a detection etc)

Similar CTD in B1900.23, to the one reported in the previous page.
Different scenario. Save before the CTD attached, but cannot reproduce it.

Anything in the ExceptionLog or in the Event Viewer?

Yes.

This save from Defend Luzon is very prone to CTDs. Different from the one posted above because there is no message anywhere, screen, event log, event viewer.
The Blue side subs still somewhat distant, are going to attack the invasion force, they are assigned to a mission. Of course the CTD may be related with what happens in Luzon.
Just set the speed to auto for the 2 Jimmy Carter subs that are more distant, so that they engage earlier and run at double flame.
At one points your ACs will be destroyed and the contacts become old. Also there is a Red sub detection. Continue at double flame.
The simulation may be slow due to the missiles attacking Luzon, I think, so it may take a while.
If you have no CTD with this save perhaps something is broken in my computer
