Ok. This looks real good. I started numerous scenarios, edited numerous scenarios, loaded some quick battles, left and restarted CMO many times (even killed it ungracefully from Task Manager) and no problems encountered. (edit: did not try any multiplayer)

Thank you for the diligent work on this. My last comment on this might have been a little salty. Due to this problem only happening to a few people I wasn't sure if it was just dropped.

Pls excuse me for jumping in, but I saw the new build and I tried it. I don't know if it was just meant for Steam installs,
but so far, after copying the .exe file, there have been no probs loading the game, playing a scenario, exiting the game,
loading the save and playing. Most encouraging.
