I never thought we would get such silence. Why? What are you not tellinbg us, and why is it such a big secret? I can't believe we your faithful customers are being treated this way.

The opinions that follow are my own.
As best I know, Dave O'Connor has been following up on the delays with the HTTR Strategy Guide even if he has not been providing status reports.
Everyone at PG is busy working on a few things at once with barely enough staff to really focus on just one thing at a time. Anyone who has run their own business or worked at a startup company understands how that can be. Dave doesn't have an executive administrative assistant that sits outside his office that he can just delegate things too.
Additionally, the PG staff have real lives with wives and children and all that entails. Sometimes, they get sick with the flu and stuff.
So, there really isn't anything being hidden or any insenstivity on anyone's part. It's just a small company of guys who believe in what they do more than any sensible person should trying to juggle priorities of their everyday existances.
And if you think the PG staff are a bit crazy, you should get to know the beta testers sometime. They are so off the wall that PG needs to keep us at arm's length.

I think they (PG) can't do nothing about it. That's why they are not saying nothing, because they can't do nothing really.
Now it's a matter of Digital River or whatever it's called, they have it now they have to publish it, but I don't know why they are so slow

I’m British, we like a farce, so I’m beginning to enjoy this [:D].
I think it's down to someone from Matrix to give us a little information.
Yes I know it's not costing me anything not having it, but it could start to be a poor reflection, especially if they are considering a future for the digital purchase/download of their software.
(I would like it to be known that I have only admiration for PG, and MG for that matter, so all this should be taken with a pinch of salt

)

It is up for downloading!!
... but can't download after paying. Oh dear, this is most unfortunate.
Ho-hum... email to Digital River, I suppose?

Strategy guide is being advertised in the Matrix Games E-store (via Digital River) as "available now". I've ordered and paid for it but there is no means to download the guide.
I'm sure it'll be sorted out sooner or later.

Amazing.
Kind of makes you wonder how e-commerce has gotten this far since 1995.

Obviously someone forgot the <a HREF ...
It happens to the best of us ... once upon a time, I reversed a couple of ip addresses and had a e-Commerce site backwards for over a week before anyone noticed that it worked perfectly from inside but outside was impossible to get there. Funny thing was that all the tests and probe scripts worked perfectly because they were all hosted *inside* and the firewalls permitted their traffic. [:D]

Where is the download link? Everytime I go the G**D*** Mercahndise link it locks my browers and it won't let me go to another webpage, just keeps opening itself when I hit the back button.

I found it by clicking on e-store, North America. Then in the left hand panel do a genre search - World War II.

Don't be in a rush, the actual ability to download after paying is not there yet. Wait until some of the folks who have already paid get sorted out and you hear it's fixed.

A couple of things:
I beg your pardon yeknod for being so...untrusting.
HELLO!!! From the United Kingdom, Europe (€), and the rest of the world. Someone seems to have forgotten us...again! The strategy guide is listed only for the USA, Canada and Australia [8|], maybe this was a Friday afternoon...get-it-out-quick oversight. Or, maybe someone can only find the $ sign on their keyboard [;)].

It did work fine when I left it on Friday. I already sent an early message to support and expect it will be fixed first thing Monday.

It just failed for me. Had no problem taking my credit card info and money of course!
But I never got a download button even after going back through their help system.
I have an email in to their support now but just an automatic reply so far.
I'll update when they fix the prob.
