and save the rest for later

Most modern mainboards and graphics cards have temperature sensors which you can monitor with some utility that comes with it. You only need to get extra cooling if you see from the sensors that the temperature is getting too high. Otherwise it's just a waste of money.

wats the best temperature that u should see on a temperature readout?

(if ur case has it)

its of course best to keep a computer cool

but of course there is a point at whic it can be tooo cold

I have no readout on the case, so I don't know what the temp inside the case should be. A guess is that 40-50 C is no problem.

My temp monitor application had a preset warning limit on something like 80 C for the processor or mainboard sensor. (Not sure exactly I'll have to look it up later, I'm on my laptop at work now).

Ok, I checked the ASUS Probe utility which can monitor temperature levels in the computer. The warning threshold for the processor sensor is about 90 C (200 F) and for the mainboard sensor 60 C (140 F). So 50 C or so inside the case should be no problem.
